What do you like most about being part of O'Brien?
I feel very fortunate to have been welcomed into such a tight-knit community that genuinely wants to see everyone succeed. At O’Brien, everyone is so encouraging of one another, both professionally and personally, and it is a joy to see how easily that supportive nature transfers over to our interactions with clients.
Can you share one secret to success that has been helpful to you in your career?
I have always tried my best to treat others as I would like to be treated. Honesty, good listening, and encouragement can go a long way when developing trusted relationships.
If wealth management were an ocean, what kind of creature would you be?
Lemon Shark. Although they may seem ferocious (like me before my morning coffee), they are actually the least dangerous and most playful of the sharks. Being social animals, lemon sharks are often seen traveling in groups and their distinctive facial features make them seem like they are constantly smiling – something I strive for!
What would your co-workers say is your superpower?
Authenticity. I take pride in staying true to myself. Personally, that means being honest, kind, and reliable, and doing it consistently. With me, you know what you are going to get, and I hope to make others feel comfortable when they are around me.
You're a new addition to the crayon box, what color would you be?
Cleveland Brown. I was born and raised in Cleveland, and this color represents all the qualities the city and its people stand for: loyalty, determination and optimism. I would do anything for those close to me, and I always make an effort to stay positive – something that comes in handy when supporting Cleveland’s sports teams.
